Wind-Down Breathing

Follow the orb. Two minutes is enough to drop your heart rate into pre-sleep territory.

Inhale

While you breathe

  • Sit comfortably or lie on your back. Spine long, shoulders heavy.
  • Breathe through your nose if you can. Tongue lightly against the roof of your mouth.
  • Let your eyes close or soften on a single point. No phone.
  • Four to six full cycles is the goal. Past that you're either sleepy or stretched.
