While you breathe
- Sit comfortably or lie on your back. Spine long, shoulders heavy.
- Breathe through your nose if you can. Tongue lightly against the roof of your mouth.
- Let your eyes close or soften on a single point. No phone.
- Four to six full cycles is the goal. Past that you're either sleepy or stretched.
